Tax and compliance, carried by your merchant of record.
As merchant of record, ExosPay calculates, collects, and remits eligible sales tax, VAT, and GST in jurisdictions where we are registered — and screens every seller through KYB, AML, and sanctions controls.
Compliance follows the legal sale.
Tax as a function of MoR
We calculate, collect, and remit eligible indirect tax on sales where our registrations and approved scope apply.
Registration-bound coverage
Coverage is limited to jurisdictions where ExosPay is registered and the seller and sale are eligible.
KYB, AML & sanctions
Every seller is reviewed through business-verification, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions-screening controls.
Records & reporting
Transaction and tax records support reporting, reconciliation, and the seller's documented settlement.
Registered jurisdictions, approved sales.
We do not claim tax coverage in every jurisdiction. Registration and service coverage for your business are confirmed during review and stated in your written terms.
Approved businesses receive transaction records and reporting for reconciliation. QuickBooks Online connection availability is confirmed during onboarding; no unsupported integration is promised.
Review comes before coverage.
ExosPay is application-based. We work with a limited number of approved, incorporated businesses. Every account is subject to review — we verify your business, your product category, and the markets you sell into. Not every applicant or product category is accepted. We currently onboard sellers in selected physical-goods and vetted digital categories. Approved sellers receive written terms before going live.
Confirm the scope before you go live.
Apply with your entity, products, and intended markets. Approved sellers receive written tax, compliance, pricing, and settlement terms.
