Chargebacks happen. Panic doesn't.
When a customer disputes a charge, ExosPay answers it. We are the merchant of record, so the case is ours: we gather the evidence, meet the deadlines, and follow the process written into your seller agreement — while you keep selling.
One documented path, start to finish.
Every dispute follows the same recorded workflow, so you can always see where a case stands and what it did to your settlement.
The case opens
The payment provider tells us a customer has disputed a charge. We record the case against the original order the moment it arrives.
We build the response
We assemble the order, delivery, and customer-contact records the case needs, tracked against the response deadline.
We answer as the seller
ExosPay submits the response, because ExosPay is the legal seller on the transaction. You file nothing.
The outcome is recorded
Won, partly won, or lost — the decision, its date, and its effect on your settlement are written to your records.
The case is ours to answer.
We take the case
Screening, evidence, and deadlines are handled by ExosPay operations. Nothing waits on you to notice an email.
Clear outcomes
Each case carries its status, its evidence, and its decision in one record you can open or export. No black box.
Fewer disputes to begin with
Delivery and returns evidence from the fulfillment hub will feed the defence once that hub is running. The hub is still launching.
A dispute can still be lost. We do not sell you an outcome — we run the process: every case answered, every deadline tracked, and every result and its effect on your settlement recorded in the terms you signed.
Dispute handling comes with an approved account.
ExosPay is application-based. We work with a limited number of approved, incorporated businesses. Every account is subject to review — we verify your business, your product category, and the markets you sell into. Not every applicant or product category is accepted. We currently onboard sellers in selected physical-goods and vetted digital categories. Approved sellers receive written terms before going live.
Let someone else answer the chargeback.
Apply with your entity, your products, and your intended markets. Approved sellers receive written dispute, pricing, and settlement terms before going live.
